Colman x Cascavelle
OS – 2006 – 1.69m – grey

Winner of the CSI5* Aix La Chapelle GP and the CSI5* Calgary GP, his precocity, beauty and topline are remarkable.

Please note that Convall semen
Convall semen cannot be transported, so this fantastic stallion is only available from Dr Lenormand (33) in IAF.

At just 9 years old, in 2016, he won the world’s most prestigious event: the Grand Prix d’AIX LA CHAPELLE. Ten months later, he won the world’s most endowed Grand Prix at SPRUCE MEADOW. Total earnings: €1,200,000 at 10 years with Philipp Weishaupt.

At the end of 2020, after two years of the most attentive care, a return to the same level of performance was no longer an option for owner Ludger Beerbaum. This is all the more unfortunate as Convall’s osteoarticular status is impeccable, and he therefore had every reason to hope for a long and fantastic sporting career.

Over the holidays, Ludger decided to entrust Convall to Sébastien Neyrat’s team:

“For us, it was a real surprise. We never thought the stallion would leave Riesenbeck. A great Christmas present and a great show of confidence from Ludger!”

We will do everything in our power to ensure the horse’s comfort and to supply quality semen to the whole of Europe. As for his genetic interest, it goes without saying: he’s more than just an exceptional jumper. Philipp says he’s had sensations with him that he’s never experienced with any other horse. It is through such rare exceptions that genetic progress is made, as the history of top-level breeding has proven over the last three decades. Convall is remarkably well-drawn, very athletic, energetic and super-genial.

The Grand Prix d’Aix la Chapelle, the most prestigious race in the world, isn’t won by chance; otherwise it wouldn’t be the Grand Prix d’Aix la Chapelle. Convall won it in 2016 at the age of 9: an exceptional precocity confirmed by his other placings that year at the Grands-Prix in Calgary, Mannheim and Munster. He expressed all his strength, willpower and perfect technique.
